A Vocal Event of Epic Proportions

Presented by the Boy Singers of Maine, Male House Rock is a one-day event celebrating the full range of music which can be created by the male voice. This annual celebration of vocal harmony combines a day full of clinics, workshops, and performances for students and educators alike culminating with an evening concert from a nationally known talent. Headlining the evening concert this year will be Cadence, a 4 member professional a cappella group based in Canada. Cadence tours the world with their creative and jazzy stylings.

Although an opportunity to see Cadence live is well worth the price of admission, MHR loads even more a cappella goodness into the afternoon session. This year’s MHR will feature The Boy Singers’ of Maine, SideCar Heroes, Overboard, Poland Regional high school a cappella groups the “Acafellas” and “Sopraltos,” the men of Gorham high school, the Pine Tones, and the UMaine Steiners!
